Centerville
Office Support Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented medical
records requester to assist individuals applying for social security
disability benefits (SSDI/SSI) by ensuring the timely and accurate procurement
of clients' medical records.
As
a Medical Records Requester, you will play a critical role in gathering,
tracking, and organizing medical documentation required for our clients’
disability claims. This position requires a high level of organization,
attention to detail, and familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical record
systems.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Request
medical records from healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics on
behalf of clients
- Prepare
and submit HIPAA-compliant authorization forms
- Monitor
and follow up on outstanding records requests to ensure timely delivery
- Review
and confirm receipt of complete and accurate medical records
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records tracking logs
- Coordinate
with legal assistants and attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation
is available for case preparation
- Handle
confidential information with professionalism and compliance
Requirements,
Skills, and Qualifications:
Though
qualified candidates will be trained, we, however, require that our ideal
candidate meet the following:
Preferred:
- Minimum
of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, with at least a Second Class
Upper (2:1) compulsory
- This
is an in-office position; candidates must be willing and able to work
on-site at our Centerville office in CBD, Abuja from 2PM to 10PM/11PM WAT.
- Prior
experience in a legal, medical, or administrative setting (experience with
SSD claims is a plus)
- Strong
communication and client service skills—must be able to speak clear
English with good diction.
- Ability
to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly
proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Word (abilities to navigate and
effectively use this program without assistance in an office setting)
- Experience
using Salesforce CRM

Type: Full-time
Pay:
₦130,000.00 - ₦170,000.00 per month
Ability
to commute/relocate:
- Abuja:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
