Office Support Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to
join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the
front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and performing a variety of
administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients,
the receptionist must represent the company with confidence, intelligence, and
professionalism.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Greet
and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Support
other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Direct
visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer,
screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure
the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Provide
basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain
office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via
the reception desk.
- Perform
clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, assisting employees
with backlogs, and assisting with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized
institution.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm and
professional under pressure.
- Highly
intellectual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good
administrative and multitasking abilities.
- A
proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Previous
experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Pay:
₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
