Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Call Center Agent who can manage inbound and outbound communications, support sales initiatives, and maintain a consistent social media presence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Center & Sales Support
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, sales outreach, and client engagement
Promote products/services, qualify leads, and assist with closing sales
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer information
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues promptly
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with potential clients
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
Administrative & Communication Support
Draft and respond to professional emails and internal communication
Organize digital files, manage calendars, and assist with administrative tasks
Support internal team with updates, reminders, and virtual meeting prep
Maintain CRM systems and assist with reporting or data entry task
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant, customer service, or sales-related role
Proven success in handling customer inquiries and outbound sales communications
Experience with social media platforms and CRM tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone manner and customer-oriented approach
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: ₦190,000.00 per month
